Project 01

Our project goal was to optimize the user experience of Carhartt-wip.com for increased conversion and improved user engagement. Our team addressed several pain points, including navigation challenges, slow loading times, and limited CMS flexibility. The outcome of our work was a scalable design system that eased administrative workflows for future implementation without over-reliance on development support.

Project 02

In light of substantial online expansion in 2019, Faherty needed to address pressing technical debt slowing site performance and impeding conversion rates. The brand recognized the necessity of investing in a front-end redesign to match revised brand guidelines to facilitate long-term scalability. Our goal was to create a high-converting storefront that didn’t feel like a standard eCommerce site, but more like the intersection of a travel blog and a digital product.

Project 03

Greats legacy site leveraged a Shopify theme that felt templated, cold, and generic. Over time, the site had incurred a fair amount of design due to a lack of design systems and reusable components. This resulted in technical and design debt that made updating the site challenging from a consistency and performance perspective.
